Custom Ceramic Tile Mural Manufacturing 

Our Kiln-Fired Ceramic Tile Murals are produced using a proprietary technology and specialized ceramic glazes. 

When kiln-fired onto tile, the design or artwork is water and weather-proof, as well as abrasion, graffiti, and chemical resistant. Murals can be displayed indoors or outdoors — in climates with freezing temperatures and in hot sunny climates — without deterioration or fading.

Ceramic Art Murals     The image transfer technology used in our production process allows images of artwork created in any medium, (such as paintings and photographic art, pencil drawings, pen & ink art, computer generated designs, and many other images) to be displayed in places not previously possible. Most of the artworks in our 1ArtCollection galleries can be reproduced on kiln-fired ceramic tile in virtually any size. Maximum size is limited only by the size and resolution of the original digital file. For large murals, we will have the original artwork (if available) re-scanned at extremely high-resolution. Custom Tile Murals can be used in a variety of different ways. You can use the distinctive tile art to create a unique one-of-a-kind atmosphere in the kitchen, bathroom or any room in your home for durable wall or floor decorations.

Exterior Kiln-Fired Ceramic Tile Murals

Because of our unique, high temperature process, our exterior tile murals last a lifetime. This exciting new process makes certain that your exterior wall murals and tile floor murals will not fade, peel or tarnish in any way. Using this high-resolution image transfer process, we have created many large outdoor murals for art in public places, historical wall murals, and swimming pool murals.

Swimming Pool Tile Murals

Our advanced photographic image transfer process used to create custom pool borders and pool murals makes our pool tile resistant to pool chemicals and UV-rays, and they will not fade or discolor. Virtually any high-resolution image can be enlarged to a full-sized mural or reproduced on a single tile. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use, our specialty tiles and custom tile murals are guaranteed to last a lifetime.

Ceramic Tile Signs and Logos Ceramic tile signs and logos are durable, fade resistant, and graffiti resistant. You can display the custom ceramic tile signs on brick marquees, attach them to concrete walls, insert them into a tile floor foyer (a company logo, for example). These tile signs and logos are designed to fit any space, regardless of size. Our designers can take your logo and graphics and design a custom sign specific to your needs.

Proprietary Technology

Our advanced high-resolution image transfer technology is NOT Dye Sublimation. (see Production Process & Tech Specs). The technology is a kiln fired, non toxic, environmentally friendly process that guarantees high standards in terms of visual image quality, clarity and durability. All mural tiles are fired at very high temperatures (1650 °F, 900 °C) on the finest porcelain body tile making - the finished product very durable.

Our products are resistant to:

► Extreme Climates (will not crack) ► UV-Rays (guaranteed not to fade) ► Graffiti (can be removed) ► Scratching (does not scratch) ► Wear (suitable for high traffic areas) ► Chemicals (won't harm surface or image)

Color Reproduction

Some brands of ceramic pigments in the red,yellow, orange and pink colors have a tendency to change shade when fired at very high temperatures.

However, this is not the case when using our proprietary technology to create tile art or custom tile murals. We are able to provide the best color matching in the industry.   With our newly developed ceramic color pigments, we are able to accurately reproduce any color (incl. most of Pantone® colors,) even when fired to 1650 F or higher.

Support Material Used: Porcelain Tile

The support materials (porcelain)used are manufactured in accordance with international and national industry standards for porcelain tile.  The standards being:
►ISO 13006 for Definition, Classification, and Properties
►ISO 10545 for Testing Methods
►ANSI Specification A 137.1 (if support material is of US origin).

The standard nominal sizes are (in inches): ►4×4 ►4×8 ►6×6 ►8×8 ►12×12. Note: 1×1 and 2×2 mosaic tiles are available upon special request.
