Partnership with 1ArtCollection (1AC) is subject to the following terms:
- Access to exclusive pricing or discounts are available solely to approved 1AC Trade Partners. This access is non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents, or any third party.
- Trade Partners must place and pay for all orders through 1ArtCollection.com.
- Discount Tiers: Trade Partners will qualify for discount levels based on the following purchase volumes:
1-5 purchases - 25% | 6-10 - 30%, | 11-20 - 35% | Over 20 - 40%. - 1AC Trade Partner benefits are not applicable to purchases made prior to Trade Partnership approval.
- Accepting this 1AC Trade Partnership, you agree that you will purchase 1AC merchandise for the purpose of conducting business with individual clients, and that you will not resell such merchandise purchased at Trade Partner discounts to other retail stores, or through the internet, printed materials, or other means.
- All images, text, and designs are the property of 1AC and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by 1AC.
- As a partner of the 1AC Trade Partnership, you are granted the authority to reproduce approved images only for the purpose of conducting business with your individual clients.
- While applying to become our Trade Partner, you agree that the contact email addresses you give us will be added to our email marketing list. However, if you do not want to receive these marketing emails, you may opt out via the link at the bottom of our marketing emails at any time.
- Trade Partnership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at 1AC’s sole discretion.
