About AubreyRaised in Olympia, WA, Aubrey's creative journey began as a child. Later, a high school Color & Design teacher sparked Aubrey's interest in textile and surface design, expanding her career possibilities beyond the traditional realms of art and graphic design. Aubrey earned a BFA in Apparel & Textile Design, as a Michigan State University Honors College graduate. Growing up with ties to Hawai'i, Aubrey moved to the islands shortly after graduating in 2014. Aubrey is self-taught in many of the art mediums she enjoys using; from watercolor, acrylics, and illustration, to mixed media, photography, and other fiber art forms. |
